JANET MARSICO, Competed in the Fitness America Nationals (3) years in a row; NPC Fitness champion, was Head Judge and Fitness Coordinator for Natural Bodybuilding, Incorporated for over twelve (12) years; worked exclusively with Muscles in Motion Dance Troupe performing at bodybuilding and fitness competitions; former WWF Monday Night Raw Ring Girl; and has competed in bodybuilding, fitness and figure since 1991. Janet has an extensive competitive background in figure, fitness and bodybuilding. In 2004, won the INBF Naturalmania Nationals Figure Championships; current professional WNBF Figure Competitor. She has placed 2nd place two consecutive years in a row at the 2005/2006 WNBF Pro Ms. Exercise World Championships and is the current 2006 WNBF Pro Figure Masters Champion. Janet is the owner of The Figure Workshop, Co-Owner of The Fitness Camp One On One, Official Figure Stage Coach for the INBF/WNBF, fitness writer for Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine with her own column "Figure First with Janet Marsico". Janet is also a judge with the INBF and is also the receiver of the 2006 Gatorz VIC BOFF Memorial Spirit of Bodybuilding Award for Supporting the Natural Movement in The WNBF/INBF.

Hot Off the Press!!!! The Fitness Camp One On One is happy to announce that "Fall Camp" is on and we have lots of exciting guests, give-aways, raffles and new products to speak about. Hold on to your hats girls this year we have a surprise guest speaker!!! WNBF Chairman, Steve Downs!!!
We are always looking and researching ways to be cutting edge with up to the minute information on products, techniques and insider tips. This year alone we started using some new products and have learned some new tanning application techniques that we can't wait to share with all of you!!! We even have Janet's good friend and fellow WNBF Pro Figure competitor (2005 INBF Naturalmania Nationals Champion and the 2006 WNBF Pro World Figure Championships short class runner-up), Allison Frahn assisting us. She will be working with Janet during the Workshop portions, helping show all of you the proper positioning to ensure that even though this is a "group" setting, we are able to give each of you a little extra individual attention as we would in a One-On-One setting. In addition, 2x WNBF Pro Ms. Exercise World Figure Champion, Angel Mraz will be joining us, going over her inside training tips and secrets. Professional hair stylist and make-up artist Elise Firestone, from Cosmetic Artistry will be here covering all the latest up to date techniques in tanning, hair, skin care and make-up application. Plus we are going to have a huge amount of raffles at this year's event!!! We want all of you to get the most out of this weekend as you possible can. This past year alone, over 95% of Figure Workshop and Fitness Camp clients placed top 3 in all competitions entered! This year WNBF Chairman, Steve Downs will be joining us to discuss topics regarding the INBF and WNBF, the benefits of competing in each marketing and modeling opportunities and much, much more!
Steve Downs is the Editorial Director for Chelo Publishing/Pumpkin Press,Inc., the Chairman of the Pro World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) and Vice-President of the amateur International Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (INBF). At Chelo Publishing he oversees the production of four fitness-related commercial newsstand magazines (Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, Men's Exercise, Exercise for Men Only and Best Body). He serves as the Head Judge for bodybuilding, figure and fitness for the WNBF.
Steve is also a former competitive athlete: He was the Mr. Natural U.S. and Mr. Natural North America bodybuilding champion, and set an ADFPA lifetime drug-free National Power lifting Record in the dead lift (705 lbs. at 220 lbs. bodyweight in 1989) that stood for over five years. He also played collegiate and semi-pro football. He is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Assocation as C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and was a certified Fitness Instructor Trainer with the YMCA. He is also the author of the book Stretching For Success and has been training for over 20 years.

WNBF Pro Bodybuilder and Mr. International will be flying in from Atlanta for this one and he has some new diet, training and supplement techniques as well that he plans on sharing with all of you. He works with many of the top INBF and WNBF figure competitors and most of my clients as well as many top bodybuilders within both industries. He has also been judging fitness, bodybuilding and figure competitions since the early 90's. ALLISON FRAHN, won the 2005 INBF Naturalmania Nationals Figure Championships. Currently a WNBF Pro Figure Competitor who has placed in the top five of every competition entered. Allison has also placed 3rd at the 2005 WNBF Pro Ms. Exercise World Championships and then the following year an amazing 2nd in the short class at the 2006 WNBF Pro Ms. Exercise World Championships. Allison is also a judge with the INBF and has graced the pages of many fitness magazines such as Best Body and Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine. Allison also assists Janet in her Monthly Group Workshops.
ELISE FIRESTONE, is the owner of Cosmetic Artistry. She is one of the top hair stylists and make-up artists out there today. She has worked on many of the top WNBF and other Pro competitors out there and is highly respected within the industry. Elise's skill, knowledge and background will help teach you all the up-to-date techniques out there today! Elise herself is also a fitness model so she herself knows the importance of looking your best for photo shoots, on stage and the difference between the two. She will be covering the latest in tanning application, stage make-up and photo shoot make-up, all the up to date hair styles, proper skin care, and even our latest service "teeth whitening" with Kelly Reighard, who offers professional cosmetic dental reconstructive services and the latest in whitening, our "Saphire" gels. This is certainly a "don't miss" portion!!!
ANGELA MRAZ, 2x WNBF Pro Ms. Exercise World Champion and WNBF Pro Figure Competitor will be here going over training tips as well as some last week prior to your competition tips and her very own "training and dietary secrets"! Angela has won literally every single competition she has entered since she has stepped foot on the stage!! Her background in training and knowledge will certainly help you learn some inside tips to help you be your very best the day of your competition and during your off season as well! Angela too has graced the pages of many fitness magazines, web sites and is no stranger to the competitive world. You will certainly learn a lot from this Pro!!
