"Hey Janet, i just wanted to say thanks for Saturday...I actually wanted to give ya a hug goodbye...but I had to get out of their b/c I had to work...and had a little car drive home! I learned a lot, just purchased new shoes:) But you are awesome...so friendly and down to earth...I was kind of nervous to meet ya but you made me feel like we have been friends...my show is june 16th...I might take some time off...to enjoy the summer after but I will def kit with ya, b/c I def want some one on ones with ya! Firstly, wanted to thank you for your dedication to the sport and secondly, wanted to tell you I learned tons from you at your session for posing! You wanted me to let you know how I did at the April 21 competition in Aberdeen and it is with great pride that I tell you I took first in novice figure and first in masters!
I would like to attribute some of that success to your tips on posing! I learned a great deal and believe that you only have one shot at making a good first impression so I took it!!!!!
Best success to you in your future endeavors and thank you -- a figure icon in my book!

Again, I had such a good time with you and all the girls on Saturday...I learned a lot more and was very refreshed when I left. I look forward to my session with you on Thursday. I plan on competing on June 30th as well, so I will attend the next workshop. I am really looking to continue to compete. You really motivate and inspire me, and I am so thankful I have you as my coach! You are simply amazing! Thank you for all that you do!

Janet,
Thank you soo much for having a group workshop!!! I am very new into the figure world, and was very nervous coming up to NY for this. We do not really have any good figure coaches in my area. You came highly recommended and I am glad I signed up. The class was amazing and I learned so much!!!! Your confidence and self assurance was felt in and through out the group, I am very excited to have some one on ones and look forward to seeing you on june 11th.

I recently decided to return back home to Canada and had set a goal for myself to compete this year in the Best Body competition. Because of the move I was left without a coach to help me towards my goal...this is where Janet stepped in. I contacted Janet, told her about the show that I wanted to do and that I needed her help preparing for the show but we were so many miles apart. Janet informed me about her online services that she has and I took her up on the offer. By far THE BEST decision I could have made. I submit my photos to her every week and by the next day I have a very detailed email on each picture that I had submitted. She's a stickler for perfection and that is what I LOVE most about her services. You can tell that she takes the time to review each photo in detail from top to bottom, the comments are very straight forward and easy to understand even without her being there right in front of you. Her words are very encouraging and even though we are working together many miles apart I feel as though she is giving me the same dedication and help that she would if I were in her studio. Thanks so much Janet for your online coaching.....couldn't have done it without out you!

I took one of your seminars back in October so I don't know if you remembered me but I'm letting you know I competed over the weekend and placed 2nd in the tall division............I appreciate all the time you spent in the seminar it was a big help and I could understand..........by the way I got the new issue of the magazine about the off season............I have to say I am freaking out cause I don't want to go in my old ways the article was a huge help that I placed on my fridge to remind myself................keep me posted for 2008 seminar I know I can make a better impression for myself and the judges.............
